Tenuta Arcamone Organic Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Olio Novello" is produced on the Arcamone Estate of Frantoio Oleario DeCarlo in the Puglia region of Italy. The Tenuta Arcamone has consistently received national and iternational awards and we are proud to offer this limited production Novello.
Tenuta Arcamone is produced using organic olives of two different types: Ogliarola and Coratina. It is USDA Organic certified and each bottle is numbered. Each bottle is boxed and comes with its own cork stopper.
New olive oil is usually called nuovo in the north and novello in the south; both words mean new, or fresh. In the case of extra virgin olive oil, this means creamy, piquant, zesty, unfiltered and completely untamed by months in the settling tank. There is nothing like truly fresh extra virgin olive oil.

Masserie di Sant'Eramo Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from selected "Ogliarola Barese" olives and other olive varieties from the best groves in the Murge area of Apulia.
First cold pressing means that the olives are pressed only once within hours of being picked and are not heated to increase yields. This method ensures that the bouquet and flavor of the olives are kept intact.
"Ogliarolas" give Masserie di Sant'Eramo Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil outstanding smoothness; the other varieties contribute fruitiness and complexity to the blend. This "Delicate" oil is bottled in dark green glass to protect it from light and safeguard its excellent nutritional properties.
Masserie di Sant'Eramo Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an acidity level of less than .5%. Each bottle contains 17 fluid ounces and is imported from Italy.

Frantoio di Sommaia, located near Florence has been producing olive oil for almost 200 years. The olives are hand picked from estates in the Appennine hills and carefully ground in a stone press.
Frantoio di Sommaia is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, deep green in color and creamy in texture. The taste, while initially sweet, is followed by a fruity body, and slightly grassy, peppery finish.
Each bottle contains 25.5 fluid ounces of Frantoio di Sommaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Italy.
